From April-May of 2021, W. McEachern's team installed Helical Anchors to build a deck to the ocean for this Madaket home.

In the winter of 2003, W. McEachern erected and tented a complete structure to grind out mortar joints to the Pacific National Bank, located in the heart of Downtown Nantucket.

The W. McEachern team conducted a complete demolition of the existing structure and replaced the North Wharf in the winter of 2009. More recently, our team was called upon to replace the decking in the winter of 2021.

W. McEachern built the guest house in 2012 and completed renovations to the main house in 2018 to this Polpis Road home. The guest house was built brand new. The first floor of the main house was gutted completely to incorporate an open-concept design and the second floor was a new addition. W McEachern has been working with the client since 2010 and continues to make improvements to the property's structure and landscape today.

The Methodist Church, located in the downtown area of Nantucket, was an ongoing project from 2001 through 2008. The project included adding new column bases, window restoration, a new roof and sidewall, a new ceiling inside, and structural work on rafters in the attic space.

Located in the heart of Nantucket, W. McEachern illustrated their commitment to detail and craftsmanship in 1996 at the Mason Lodge.

From November 2020-June 2021, W. McEachern did a complete demo of the interior on the 1st floor and reconfigured the floor plan. In addition, new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and windows were installed and interior finishes including paint were completed.

From March-May of 2021, W. McEachern's team excavated and built the foundation for this pre-engineered steel building for the Town of Nantucket.
